Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If Cancellation are made - 

1. Less than 24 hours before an event : Cancellation with no amount refund
2. 24 hours to 72 hours before an event : Rs 2000 or 50% of the total advance amount (whichever is lower) will be deducted
3. 3-7 days before an event : Rs 1000 flat (Cancellation charges)
4. Before 7 days of event : No Cancellation Charges

In case for Rain/Hailstorm or Any other act of God, Only Reschedule will be entertained and no cancellation will be done. Rescheduling is possible only if event is not started or setup has not been done/completed. Perishable Item(s) not be refunded/cancelled/rescheduled.

No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 7th to 14th Feb as there are Valentine's Special Packages, 25th Dec, 31st Dec & 1st Jan or any other special occasion.

Room Booking & Some other Experiences & Events are not possible to cancel once booked, the same will be mentioned at the time of booking.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

If Rescheduling is requested -

1. Less than 24 hours before experience : No rescheduling (Rescheduling only in certain cases)
2. More than 24 hours before an experience : Rescheduling at zero fees

No rescheduling possible for experiences booked for 7th to 14th Feb & 25th Dec & 31st Dec or any other special days.

No rescheduling is possible for Room Booking & Decoration

REFUND POLICY

On Cancellation refund will be in 3 Days from the date of cancellation of event. 

The Refunded amount may take 1-5 days to reflect in your account from the day refund is processed.
